RevenueRacoon is an AI-powered simulation tool. It is not market research, customer research, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or professional consulting. Outputs are probabilistic estimates produced by language models and simulated agents, not predictions, forecasts of fact, or representations about real customers, real companies, or real future outcomes.

1. What the Service Is

RevenueRacoon uses large language models and multi-agent simulation frameworks to generate synthetic buyer personas and simulate how those personas might respond to pricing, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market scenarios you describe.

2. What the Service Is Not

• market research or a survey of real customers;
• statistical inference from real-world data about your market;
• financial advice, investment advice, securities research, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security;
• legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice;
• a substitute for primary research, customer interviews, A/B tests, expert judgment, or fiduciary review; or
• a high-risk AI system within the meaning of the EU AI Act or comparable laws.

3. Nature and Limitations of Output

Synthetic personas

Personas are synthetic constructs produced by language models. They are not real people, do not represent any identifiable individual, and do not reflect the views, demographics, preferences, or behaviors of any real customer, prospect, or third party.

Simulated companies

Where Output references real companies, products, or competitors based on your input, such references are illustrative simulation context only and do not constitute factual claims, endorsements, or statements by or about those parties.

Forecasts

Numeric estimates, including churn, conversion, win rate, ACV, NPS, revenue lift, price elasticity, competitor reaction, adoption, and similar metrics, are probabilistic outputs of a model, not statistical predictions or actuarial forecasts. They are not derived from observed data about your specific market and have no guaranteed predictive validity.

Non-determinism

Outputs are stochastic. Identical inputs may produce materially different results across runs. Differences do not indicate that any single run is correct.

Model limitations

Output may contain hallucinations, fabricated citations, factual errors, outdated information, biased reasoning, or systematic distortions inherited from underlying foundation models.

4. No Reliance; Human Oversight Required

Do not make any material business, pricing, fundraising, product, hiring, M&A, marketing, or strategic decision based solely on Output from the Service. Output is one input among many. Material decisions should be supported by primary research, quantitative validation such as A/B tests and pricing experiments, independent expert review, and accountable human judgment. The Service is decision-support, not decision-automation.

5. No Professional Relationship

Use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisor, agency, broker-dealer, investment-advisor, attorney-client, or accountant-client relationship between you and RevenueRacoon, Inc. or its personnel. Communications with the Service are not privileged.

6. Disclosure of AI-Generated Content

If you share Output externally, whether with customers, investors, regulators, or the public, you are responsible for clearly disclosing that the content is AI-generated. In some jurisdictions, including under the EU AI Act and certain U.S. state laws, such disclosure is legally required.

7. Responsible AI Commitments

We commit to:

• Transparency about model providers, simulation methodology, and known limitations;
• No model training on Customer Content for foundation or shared models;
• PII stripping of simulation inputs prior to transmission to third-party model providers where technically feasible;
• Human-in-the-loop product design: Output is presented as estimative, with confidence framing where feasible;
• Sub-processor disclosure for all LLM and infrastructure providers; and
• Vulnerability disclosure and prompt-injection hardening as ongoing engineering priorities.

8. Regulatory Notices

Securities. Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or to engage in any investment strategy. RevenueRacoon, Inc. is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or municipal advisor.

EU AI Act. The Service is a general-purpose AI application for business decision support and is not designed, marketed, or permitted for use as a high-risk AI system. You are responsible for compliance with the AI Act in your own deployment.
