Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: April 18, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all use of the RevenueRacoon service. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

Prohibited Use Cases

You may not use the Service or its Output to:

  • make the sole or primary basis for decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, healthcare, education, immigration, criminal justice, or access to essential services;
  • hold out Output as financial, investment, legal, tax, or other regulated professional advice, or offer or sell securities in violation of law;
  • impersonate real individuals or produce content designed to deceive about its AI-generated nature where disclosure is required by law; or
  • generate harassing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Data Restrictions

  • Do not submit personal data of identifiable individuals without a lawful basis and a Data Processing Addendum in place.
  • Do not submit Special Categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR), Protected Health Information (PHI), payment card data, or children's data, except as expressly permitted under an Enterprise Agreement.

Security and Integrity

  • Do not probe or test vulnerabilities except under our published Vulnerability Disclosure Program.
  • Do not circumvent rate limits, spend caps, authentication, or access controls.
  • Do not introduce malware or disrupt the Service or its users.

Reverse Engineering and Competitive Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, model weights, system prompts, agent definitions, or simulation logic.
  • Do not use the Service or Output to train or improve any competing AI or simulation product.
  • Do not publish benchmark results for public comparison without prior written consent.

Export and Sanctions

Do not use the Service in violation of U.S. export controls (EAR, ITAR), OFAC sanctions, or comparable laws of other jurisdictions, or from any embargoed country, or by any sanctioned person or entity.

Reporting

Report suspected AUP violations to abuse@revenueracoon.com.
